Went to meet a girl for a drink, I ended up being much more attracted to her friend. So that just ruins both of them (since I specifically was setup with the other). Bummer. Anyways, on the subject of cars, she's test driving a Saturn Aura today. Those any good? Any of you driven one?

The Aura, isn't that what helped the Malibu become not a shitty car? I approve. They're pretty comfortable, nicely styled in and out, and really just an unassuming, good sedan. I'd use the word "innocuous" here somewhere, but I feel that's been overused lately so I'll refrain

hahaha, that may be a pretty good estimate of my near future. Unless somehow I manage to score with the friend. Ideally I catch her drunk and not with the other girl. That would be a huge lucky break though, but there's a chance!

I test drove one back in 2009, it's a good car. The six speed auto shifted nice, the "paddles" sucked though. However, I seriously doubt anyone looking at a Saturn Aura cares a great deal about that.

my co-worker had an Aura and freakin hated it. it's more generic than a Camry but with questionable build quality. verrrrry questionable.

and, as an OPPO, doesn't it behoove you to steer her towards something much more interesting? not to mention reliable? take it by the horns and get her goin in the honorable, correct oppo direction. c'mon, man, step up. ;-)
